Briarwood is a great place to live. The management team (Melinda and Zena) are very accessible. The grounds are well maintained, and the clubhouse is a nice place to hang out, and there are lots of activities offered, such as ceramic and art classes, movie night, potlucks, book club, etc. Maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner.

They have the wrong kind of manager for this place the management don't care about the disabled or the elderly and management this listens to rumors and not the real thing
