Never had follow up on my inquiry about placement for my mom. Was told June 11 at 12ish, Holly was on other call but has never called me back....shows me that they really don't care. Not professional at all.

I am a current resident at Cooks Hill Manor. This place has really come a long way from where they were when I first moved in. Management is great and staff is like family.

Horrible! My dad has been there 2 yrs. We have to fight with them to get him a shower twice a week (They say they are under staffed). Meals are repetitive and so small a bird couldn't live off them! When he asked for more, they told him that he couldn't have more because each resident is only allowed so much because they only pay so much. They are supposed to brush his teeth every day... That hasn't happened yet! I've complained to the staff and the director several times with no results. He is paying $2200 a month for level 4 care and isn't receiving it. We are moving him out soon. Please do not put your loved one here!
