I don't know how people rent from this place since they never answer their phone and when you go there are no one is ever there so it's no surprise that they have lots of ads on Craigslist. It's impossible to rent an apartment and on the non-senior side there is a daycare center and it just looks kind of sketchy people walking around smoking all over the place dogs pooping it didn't look like the best place to live on the non-senior side. The senior side actually looked really clean and the apartments were pretty nice but I guess it's almost impossible to rent one of people never answer their phone and then never in the office

I have lived here for 3 years and I love it here. I am so glad that they have an eceap center now for the little kids to go since Airway Heights only had one that was hard to get your kids in to. The managers are very nice and understand. I would recommend these apts. If u follow the rules and don't cause any problems u will be fine living here. If u don't well...that's on u and u are the one who has to deal with the consequences. I've never had any problems ever living here.
