Greenfield Reflections of Strasburg

After much searching, what a relief to have found this home for my mom. She is so happy here. She made many new friends and the staff treats her like family.

We visited residential facilities, we visited facilities that had all levels of care, and we found that we felt at home at Reflections of Strasburg. The Executive Director, Janeas, was so warm and welcoming. Her staff is very caring and compassionate. The biggest bonus for us was allowing my father to enter the facility with his beloved dog. My fathers aid, Edith, loves the dog and will bring him treats and gives him a bath when my father has his bath. Everyone at Reflections of Strasburg loves Dad and Piper and go out of their way to express this. The activities are engaging and Lyle, the Activities Director, makes sure to invite dad to go on the bus rides and participate in the daily activities. We have observed that the nursing staff is very attentive to the needs of each individual resident. Personally, we have been notified and are encouraged to participate in decisions if there is a change in Dad's health status and/or medication. Having such a conscientious staff gives us great peace of mind. Dad truly seems content and at home here. The staff is so warm and welcoming and they truly seem to love the residents. Ive seen staff there on weekends bringing their children in to visit the residents. This warms my heart.
