My mom entered Heritage Hall unable to lift her arm to even feed herself. She was totally bedridden and needed mechanical lift to get out of bed. After the wonderful care she got there she now get around with a walker some and transfers herself to a wheelchair from bed and back. She has left now and has moved to an assisted living facility where she and my dad share and apartment. The great care given her at heritage hall enabled her to make this move so they can be together again.

My father was here for 6 months, January to July 2018. My sister and I visited him during the week and weekends to make sure the staff and cleanliness was consistant and we were very happy with his quality of care and the very caring staff.

The first day I went there for a tour and to speak with Ruth Peter's in the admission dept.I felt like I was the one and only person there.I was looking for a facility for my husband. She is like a glow of sunshine. Her smile is so infectious with a wonderful personality. I had many questions and concerns. Ruth told me what I needed to do from getting forms completed to getting what ever my husband needed to get into this facility.I was so nervous about he whole transition from home to HH.She kept telling me(Its gonna be ok not to worry). She was so right. At that moment after our first meeting I knew this was the right place for my husband. He only been there for 5 days he is happy and settling in very well.So far the staff have been very helpful and on top of things. Ruth Peter's is a asset to HH.She makes you feel like family the first time you meet her. What a blessing she is to our family.Thank you Ruth.
