The Evergreens at Smith Run is beautiful upon entering and the community shows very well. The staff was very professional, caring, and that's why I rented an apartment home. More communities should be like this.

I moved here a few months ago and the apartment that I chose is the best for me. I absolutely love the community and the amenities that they offer. And the manager and staff is so upbeat and welcoming. Best decision I've made in years.
