I recently moved my mother into Forest Glen and I could not be happier. Nhu-Y at the front desk was the one we dealt with, and she was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. They made the move-in very simple and stress-free. My moms apartment as well as the common areas of the building are very clean and attractive in appearance. I am so relieved to finally have my mother in a place that I trust...and she absolutely loves it!

Mgmt not interested in helping tenants, just collecting rent. Repairs not made in timely manor. 2 Examples first took 2 months to replace light bulb in laundry, second after 5 months of multiple complaints regarding unsafe elevator, was just finally fixed. Door lock on back door has been broken for months.
