This nursing home is the worst in the world. They leave all of the patients with full diapers. I will publicly point out that the nursing staff is rude, unprofessional, and just lazy. I had my father in this home and i couldnt visit often. I went and the women who work there had not changed his diaper in 3 days he had a diaper on that was changed on Wednesday and he didnt get attened until SATURDAY. they did not even bathe him. I asked the nurse on staff beverley and she was so rude trying to blame her laziness on others. I called in and asked to file a complaint and a woman named kathy answered and was so rude and hung up the phone on me. Worst place ever.

This is a horrible place to work the director of nursing (cherish benefield)at the alpha house knows nothing she unprofessional has no idea about basic Nursing .Everytime i go there she out side smoking the staff there is great and the administratior(Bonnie sikes) is excellent but if u need answers the director of nursing has no clue your better off asking goggle.she has poor customer service
