SECURITY is a major issue recently. One of the side entrance doors doesn't lock and anyone can access the main building from the outside. After several reports to management, the problem remains unresolved.There is also a very bad odor in the main lobby, primarily during the weekends when the trash shoot is not emptied from Friday to Monday. Maintenance could do a much better job keeping the areas clean and trash removed.

I really havent had a bad experience at this place. There are people that smoke and I smell it sometimes when I come out of my apartment into the hallway. The trash Shute is full for a couple of days and some people dont keep it closed like they should. The maintenance crew need to do a little better about cleanliness of the hallway and stairs. Other than that its been pretty good here.
