No staff on premises, doors were unlocked and I walked right in. Waited 10 minutes, walked around looking for an employee, none to be found.

This place is ok except one day i was picking up an employee her and one of the residents thought I was there to pick them up and just hopped in my car and just sat there thinking I was his ride to some where until someone came and got him out

This place is the lowest and dirtiest place out of all assisted living centers. Everyone has heard of this place due to their nasty reputation. Don't choose this place as literally they pick people off the street to live there. Michelle, the unprofessional administrator just wants her money. She does no background checks on anyone and has had some dangerous tenants there that she had to kick out. The food is awful and is rampant with bedbugs. I would go to hell before I would live here again

The administrator is very unprofessional. She screams and yells at her clients and uses intimidation to control her clients. She expects respect but doesnt give it to her clients. There is no way I'm paying $900.00 a month to put up with that. She even yelled at my daughter because my rent was late. I had to go to Rehab because I had surgery. I had my belongings neatly put away so that when I went back to get them I would know if I had everything. When I went to get my belongings they were just stuffed into boxes and I was unable to check to see if I had everything. This place always has bed bugs and they arnt properly exterminated, the facility uses cheap methods to exterminate them so the bed bugs always come back.Housekeeping is terrible, bathrooms are deplorable and is as bad as public restrooms. There are better assisted living facilities you can check out and wont take all of your ss check every month. Talk to and question other clients before commiting to living there

I live there and believe it or not the people there are really nice and contrary to popular belief there are no bed bugs in the entire building.
