We shopped from Herriman to Payson for a home, & chose a custom home in Payson. It is close to Payson Temple, Wal-Mart, & Rowley's Red Barn (ice cream). The builders got our house done on time, under budget, & with us living in another state. We didn't have to worry if the work was done right. When we needed outside stairs from the patio, they put them in. The workmanship is very good, and the common area is nice and green. I have removed 106 gophers from the area to keep it pretty. The clubhouse has been very useful for family gatherings.

The Heritage Village Retirement Community looks like an ideal 55+ retirement community in Payson. My mother and her new spouse met at the Payson Veteran's home last September. They are both doing really well living in an apartment together and are now considering using their V.A. home mortgage benefits to have their own house built. We attended the Payson Temple open house and all commented on what a nice community that would be, so close to the Temple! We noticed you have open house events every Wednesday when we did a web search. It was nice to see photos on your page here and all the wonderful amenities. I will check with them about a little visit to learn more. This looks just perfect for them!

Heritage Village is a community that has been Built with quality in mind. It's a very unique project with all the homes detached. Heritage Village has an indoor swimming pool that is heated year around. Definitely one of the best 55 and older communities in the county.
