Went here to tour it for a loved one. During Covid-19 most of the staff was not wearing a mask. The front receptionist was not wearing one. The food worker had a mask but his nose was not covered and it was not a medical mask. The administrator Bryce who was supposed to take us in a tour was 20 minutes late and when we voiced our concerns over the facts of covid-19, the risk of the elderly, and the fact that none of the staff were wearing masks he was very rude and said 'this isn't going to work' and showed us to the door. It is obvious to me that this is not a safe place to put an elderly person. If they don't take safety precations for their clients clients during a pandemic then how poorly do they treat them in general? I rarely leave bad reviews. But I had to in regards to my experience here. Sad. Bryce was very very rude and unprofessional to my elderly mother too. A few patients were not wearing masks but I think that is their own prerogative. Staff should be following State and Federal guidelines in regards to the care of our most vulnerable populations.

Hope your family member isnt here. High risk facility for covid. In the middle of a pandemic almost no staff or residents wearing masks including food workers, front desk or Bryce the rude admin. He was 20 minutes late for our tour and after addressing the no mask issue he literally showed my mother the door buy pushing handicap button and telling us to leave. Total a-hole.

Really nice and quiet place for seniors. Only thing I notice is there are a lot spider webs in the patio furniture.
