My friend is staying in the rehabilitative facility and she has not been receiving her pain medication in a timely manner. Many times over the past week her medication was given to her 30 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes late.Additionally, nurses have arrived with incorrect doses of medication. Once when her medication was late a nurse apologized and said 'The nurse who was on shift before me didn't tell me you were due.'The management at Fairfield have been notified by my friend and her family. She has been given plenty of lip service, but no tangible results. It's pretty sad when the Administrator of Nursing tells you it will be managed and you have EVEN WORSE treatment during the following days. This is a nice looking facility. The staff have been nice to me, but over time they have been less kind to my friend (their patient). The food is really good and inexpensive. But none of that makes up for my friend being forgotten when she is in pain. Unacceptable!Until there is a change in leadership's mentality and the facility's policy I would not recommend anyone staying here who needs to be cared for or looked after.

Fairfield Village Independent Living was wonderful for my dad. He enjoyed all of the people there, both the patients and the staff. All of the staff there, bend over backwards to make sure that everyone is happy and comfortable. They are a pleasure to work with. The food is very good and they have a great variety. The cleaning staff does a great job, making sure that the units are always clean and the linens changed. It took a great deal of stress off of me knowing that my dad had people around him that genuinely cared. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, clean and hospitable place for their loved ones.
