Love this place!

Our mom has been in Memory Care for the last five years. We had her at Silverado for four years until a change in management caused us to reevaluate as the quality of care declined. We moved her in spite of knowing what a difficult transition it would be, especially as she is in the late stages of Lewey Body. The move ended up disastrous. At The Ridge at Foothill she constantly said she was scared. And then quit talking and was unable to sit up-mostly because she wasn't eating. We started additional personal caregiving and discovered they weren't helping her eat, was not following prescription orders from hospice, etc. We did not want to move her again, but decided it was better than keeping her there. Creekside has been amazing! We arrived the first day and it has been the best decision we made! The Hospice chaplain (who observed her at both facilities) thought the move would 'kill her.' After two weeks at Creekside he commented he had never seen such an improvement in an Alzheimers patient. After not being able to communicate, two weeks later she said she was worried about being there at first, but likes it. Im very impressed with how experienced Creekside Senior Living is with the way there are as a community. The corporation does more than takes care of the staff and residence but also the families. It can not get any better.

A brand new building is always beautiful, but its truly whats on the inside that counts. I have not met better people then those found at Creekside. The staff is welcoming, and could not be more caring. From the management team to the kitchen crew, the CNA's to the housekeepers, the employees are always willing to go out of their way to help out and seem to be proud to work at Creekside. The residents too are proud, welcoming, and and LOVE their new home. I've very impressed with Creekside. Its not everyday you come across a community like Creekside. Worth checking out!
