I was going to attempt to see this facility for my grandmother, but seeing as how the management just puts a former employees hardships on a public site really shows a lack of integrity.

Absolutely wonderful company to work for, dedicated loving caregivers and excellent management. Would highly recommend for a career and for use in your home!

Not a very good company to do business with. I was hired as a caregiver and then I didn't hear anything for several weeks after being told initially that they had a lot of work. Kept calling/ emailing and finally the owner responds and says they don't have work...wow. Then FL contacts me about a month later for work and labeled me as a 'NO SHOW' because I didn't respond back. Thank God they're a franchise!!!

I worked here for 4 months and it was a very unfortunate experience. There was alot of play with my hours. They would ask my availability and still not schedule me within those days. Hours were scarce for me, but I would see other caregivers that I shared clients with overtime. I have 15 years experience and I am very good at what I do. Clients would request me and they would not give me the shifts. They started me off at the lowest base pay $9. The same they start someone sith zero experience and called it 'probation period' In the end I was. ery fed up. I don't know if these pwople were hostile or mean, but they treated me with no regard and vwry little respect. I am an excellwnt caregiver. Vwry knowledge l. I never called off. I was never late. I only decided to leave a review because you cannot treat people the way they treated me and expect to have good caregivers. You need to better a a company and pay people what they are worth.
