My mother resided here for a year and a half. She loved the activities. The individuals who worked there treated her like family. I would highly recommend.

Managers answer the phone using other peoples names as a way to build humor amongst staff. Now that I no longer work there, by choice, I can say that the gentleman whom referenced 'Nicole' in an earlier review was actually the manager named 'Judy Pardo'. It was not the other lady Ryan Jackson. It was not fair to have someone else take the blame for that. Management is so bad that several walked out and quit yesterday.
