My mother-in-law died at Autumn Grove in San Antonio on October 6, 2016. Since that time we have inquired as to a refund for the remaining balance for October. We are given names, sent emails promising payment that never materialize. I asked for the number/address of the business office/headquarters for Autumn Grove. I was actually told by the head of the Sone Oak facility that she does not a number to contact headquarters or the business office. We contacted Abigail and she denied ever saying the check had been processed and claimed to never have talked with us. Beware!!! They have your money and that's all they care about.
