My mother's experience at Heartis San Antonio has been overwhelmingly positive. The facility and her apartment are beautiful. The staff is helpful and supportive to my mother. We are grateful especially to the executive director, Casey Brill, who goes out of his way to be available to his residents and their families. Casey is responsive and always able to help figure out solutions to like how we can best communicate with our mom. We are very impressed with Casey and we highly recommend Heartis San Antonio for your family members who may need assisted living accommodations.

Amazing community with responsive and attentive care givers. The Executive Director, Casey Brill, is hands down the most engaging manager and there is no job too small, and he demonstrates the passion he has for senior care on a daily basis by personally serving his residents lunch and dinner, acting as caregiver when short-handed, and resolving any crisis. Everyone in the community is friendly and work well together to maintain a warm environment for the residents.

As a chaplain for Freedom Hospice in San Antonio, I visit patients in a lot of facilities all over town. When I come to Heartis, I'm always impressed. The atmosphere is always positive, the staff are genuinely caring, and the residents are happy.
