We at Guardian Hospice are proud to be partnering with this amazing community and care team. Everyone is so warm and welcoming at each visit. The employees are a breath of fresh air, they love love their residents and families. They are so accommodating in every way, the professionalism is remarkable. Vicki Skipworth is the new ED and she is fantastic. Vicki is completely dedicated in providing excellence in all areas. Her passion and drive never dwindles. Vickis love for her residents, families and employees is over the moon. Even, Vickis fur child, Frankie, brings joy and laughter to the whole community. Frankie interacts with the residents and is so well behaved. We are so honored to come in and work along side of this exceptional care team! Megan and Jordan are some of the BEST nurses. They whole heartedly give compassionate care day in and day out. They truly love their residents and want them to have the best quality of life. These ladies are so much more than nurses, they are angels! We are blessed to help care for their precious residents families.

It has been my pleasure to take care of residents at Stonebridge (previously the Village) for my Home Health company for several years. I always have the nicest experiences at Stonebridge but the building seems happier lately. I would like to comment on a previous review listed regarding the new ED and especially her therapy dog, Frankie. So sad that people spread negative information. This review is obviously written by someone that has not experienced this at Stonebridge first hand. The new ED Vicki is great! She is experienced and friendly and the residents love Frankie - he is a doll. He does not 'run he building' and stays with Vicki at all times and I have seen him in the courtyard when residents are having an event. Please know this is a wonderful building where the entire staff cares and strives to offer the best care and environment for their residents.

This community use to be so grand.......a year and a half ago. The Executive Director, the food, service, management, activities, and staff were superb. Now, a second unstable Executive Director has been hired. This new ED, allows her dog to defecate and urinate all over the building. The residents and the staff have stepped in the feces. My mother, alone, has stepped in it twice. This dog roams the entire building unleashed, unsupervised and is allowed near the residents when they are eating food at socials. Totally unacceptable. Upper management has been told, however, when they leave, the dog is back out. Sadly, the integrity of the LVN in charge of the assisted living side, is very questionable. There is a new management company, hence the name change, and I am hoping that they will see the problem areas and bring this community back to where it was.
