I used to work for IHC. AND, my husband has been a patient/client of theirs since the fall of 2012. Every time that we have needed home health, we have called them. Loyalty means nothing. 8 years we have used IHC. Never again. Because they cannot get enough out of the visits, they refused him. I call, and I get the GM Ashley who tells me this. Loyalty to your returning customers should be paramount. I am so disappointed. When I told her this, she said I could talk to her supervisor. At this point, what's the point. Sad.....

Interim was a blessing for me and my husband. There were always informative with what they doing and why. Even to his last days they were there every day. I would highly recommended them. Even they are helping me with grief support after 2 1/2 years later. Interim thanks for everything.
