I really enjoy my apartment and the location, right in the middle of down town. Theres an amazing Italian place right across the street and other great restaurants within walking distance. The office staff is great as well. Amy in particular went above and beyond helping me with my application when things got a little more than confusing. She also responds to emails very quickly and is responsive to any concerns I have.

I stayed here with a group and I rented it through Stay Alfred. The place was pretty neat and was fun to be downtown, but there were a few issues with Stay Alfred aspect. The first thing I noticed was how dirty the place was when we got there. Secondly there was the bear minimum in the place. There is more in an actual hotel room than here. Being more of an apartment that is supposed to fit 6 people there were only 4 towels. I had a group of 6 so we had to get some towels. Since the place was so dirty, it would have been nice to have some sort of cleaning supplies but there were non besides for the dishwasher. Stay Alfred needs to be more accommodating for guests so they feel more welcomed and put the cleaning fee to use.

This is for the Stay Alfred division. Apartment was acceptable but discovering the previous guests trash still in the kitchen was disappointing.
