My husband has been at Green Meadows since the end of February following a stroke. I have been pleased with the care he has received.The facility is bright and clean with a newly painted dining/tv room.The physical and occupational therapists are excellent.Jay, the director, is accessible and very responsive to any concerns I have.My husband has become fond of the nurses and aides that care for him.I was pleased to find such a fine facility so close to my home.My husband is very content and continues to improve daily at Green Meadows.
