My mother has lived here for 3 years. It's a bright and cheerful place with a lot of activities and amenities. All the staff is kind and attentive. We dine their with her regularly and the food is delicious! It's been a great place for her =)

My dad was checked into rehab here after an emergency pacemaker surgery June 2018. The caretakers in the 200 hall saved us. They were kind, for the most part VERY gentle and took their time with our family when we realized that my father was not getting stronger. When we moved from rehab to hospice care they let us stay in the same room so our dad wouldn't be stressed any further. They were gentle with us as we eased into the idea of losing our dad. His CNAs were the BEST we could have asked for. Even the weekend girls who weren't there full time were amazing. The food was decent, the place is clean and the Chaplain loves people. He came everyday and visited with my dad and baptized him before he died. My entire family was blessed by the staff at Good Sam on Hinkle Drive.

I am impressed by how well The Good Samaritan is run .The grounds are delightful year-round, The staff is friendly and helpful. I have never seen the open community areas not looking and smelling fresh and clean.

Good Samaritan Village on Hinkle Street in Denton is a active and caring retirement village and my mother and father in-law have a duplex there and have been there for 8 years. They are very happy living there and stay very busy. The staff at Good Sam is the best!
