HORRIBLE PLACE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS FACILITY IS NASTY STAFF IS RUDE AND VERY NONCHALANT. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE PLEASE BEWARE!

My wife spent her last six months of life here. The place was basically a prison. My wife couldn't sleep and the place was filthy. Some of the nurses had terrible attitudes and it made me wonder what all went on there.

My Dad (Papa) chose this facility for personal reasons and spent his last couple of months well taken care of. They coordinated services with our hospice provider and treated my Dad with great care. Many of the staff treated him like family and the other residents became his extended family! They offer great recreational opportunities and meal options! Any concerns we had were always immediately addressed and followed up on! We were especially impressed with the administrator, Drew Parham, who was responsive, always on the floor helping as well as knew everyone's name and preferences. Thank You-
