I have been trying to get a hold of someone all morning. It rings and rings and rings and then goes to a busy tone. I called the corporate office provided on their website to see if there was a better way to get in touch with this location, and whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and most unhelpful.

My experience in this facility was good. My dad was placed in the secured unit because of Dementia. Our visit was random. He had a tendency of walking out. Every time we visited him he was clean and shaven. The staff were so nice & professional. We moved him to a regular room, we did have some complaints. They were taken care of immediately. We were welcomed anytime of the day that we went. My dad enjoyed it. He was very fond of the staff. All his nurses were so kind. Would I recommend it to someone else yes I would. It is hard when u have to put a family member in one of the places, but ur mind is at ease when u know they are cared for.

Recently visited this home to spend time with my brother. I spent 3 days there with him and found the facility to be above what I have experienced in the past with nursing homes. I want to encourage these folks to keep up the good work.
