This Place is Dirty! They Do Not care about their patients! The people that work here are Rude. If you Love your family member take care of them yourself.

I RESIDE IN KNOLLS WEST RESIDENTUAL FACILITY, IN THE TIME IVE BEEN HERE, IVE BEEN VERBALLY & MENTALLY ABUSED BY ADMINISTRATOR & HER UNDERSTAFF,. REPEATED ATTACKS -5 OTHER RESIDENTS CAN BE DOING THE SAME THING AS I -& ITS OK FOR THEM BUT WRONG FOR ME!!! IVE BEEN BOLD FACE LIED TO BY TERRI ADMINISTRATOR & HER FLUNKIES -!!! THE ONLY THING THEY CARE ABOUT OR FOR IS ALL THE MONEY THEY CAN GET FROM YOU-!!! TRUDAT- .DID YANO THERES A MORTGAGE COMPANY HOOKD TO THIS PLACE- DO YANO WHY ??? GREED !!! ITS A DAM SHAME WHAT STARTED AS AN AMERICAN DREAM OF TWO PEOPLE - TO TAKE CARE OF THE ELDERLY -!!! HAS TURNED N2 A NIGHTMARE YA JUST CANT WAKE UP FROM- FOR THE RESIDENTS HERE!!! I BEG YOU IF YOU HAVE LOVED ONES IN HERE GETM OUTA HEREHE!!! OR ARE THINKING OF PUTN ONE IN HERE? DONT !!! JUST SHOOT'M, ITD BE MUCH KINDER TO THEM !!! YALL REMEMBER GOIN2 GRANNYS FOR DINNER - MAN WHAT A GREAT MEAL THAT WAS EVERYTIME!!! WELL, SHE DONT WORK IN THIS KITCHEN!!! FUNNY THING IS NO OTHER GOOD COOKS DO EITHER!!!;-( SLOP!!! ITS SOO SAD, CAUSE OF WHO IS 'IN CHARGE' OF THIS PLACE- HOW RUNDOWN ITS BECOMING AND EVEN TOXIC TO LIVE IN!!? 2 THOSE OF YOU WHO READ THIS !!! Yea YOU 'MOVERS & SHAKERS'--- ONE DAY YULL BE OLD-!??THESE OLD PEOPLE HAVE PAID THEIR DUES- & SHOULD NOT HAVE TO SUFFER IN AN UNHEALTHY ENVIRONMENT LIKE THEY DO!!! I could go on & on with PROOF....!

My mom was in there for 3 months to learn to walk again it was supposed to be skilled therapy. The staff was great and the nursed and helpers but it is really understaffed and the patients are not attended to as they should be, it will be hours before anything gets done and you have to be there all the time to follow up if not they just don't have the staff to help everyone. Like I said it was ok but would not want to have anyone I know live their permanently unless the family is involved at all times!
