Can the waitresses be anymore rude then they are? Ive watched residents with their hands up being passed up by them its ridiculous! Everyone else is nice especially the resident aide who goes around giving hugs and sharing smiles, the place is BEAUTIFUL, but I cant get over how the waitresses act as if they are forced to come to work everyday. Go to work somewhere else for goodness sakes

My mother in law says the people are friendly, and the food is good.

Atria Collier Park is the worse work place. Very unorganized, Head management ED and all that's under have no respect for they're employees. It's unsanitary, the kitchen on AL side is so nasty. And they serve the residents out of it. They have residents there that shouldn't be there that need to be put in nursing homes or memory care. It's not the employees fault because they work hard and do they're best with what they have to work with. If it wasn't for the employees in AL the residents would not be care for they way that they're being taking care of. Management is a joke they are very uncaring, unappreciated and no respect for the employees there. I'm not putting the company down but it's the no good management they have there that they thought were good candidates to put in charge. But they are being fooled. Atria Corporate really need to look in to this and talk to the employees and residents on how things are being run. Are it's going to lose very good employees that has been there for years. So I advise anyone don't chose Atria Collier Park in Beaumont, TX. for employment. Management isn't professional at all. Only ones who deserve high respect is the staff that work the floor the resident aide assistants, med aides and the kitchen staff that work with only what they are giving to work with.
