Just recently moved here from Wisconsin nice and friendly staff quite area I love my apartment a few misunderstanding but was quickly acknowledged and apologized for the management staff is awesomeAfter being here almost a year now I couldn't be more happy the office staff is still amazing they care about there property and the tenants Ms. Tara, Mr. Shawn and Ms Elizabeth are awesome whenever I have a problem they fix it right away.maintainance never make you wait to fix something I love my apartment and the people around me

There is a reason why this property has high ratings and its not because office staff is leaving reviews. I had the pleasure of staying here after relocating to Dallas and Getting my finances in order. From the first day I met the office staff, I knew I would sign. Personable, quick, informative service. Upon staying here Ive always been greeted my name and apt number lol, everyone is so incredibly sweet. Maintenance is completed though I have few requests, pest free, and just genuinely family oriented community. Kids playing, neighbors dont bother you, and verrrry close to everything you need. The only reason I am leaving is because I wanted an apt with different amenities but I already regret it as Creekwood has more renovated units now but Ive already signed my lease. My unit was clean moving in, process seamless, and application very clear and concise. If you are on the fence about living in the area let me tell u this is home. You cannot pay any amount of money for peace of mind and safety. This place gives u just that. Its been a pleasure with you all, and hopefully I will be back!

Malshon, Elizabeth, and Tara in the office are so amazing and helpful. The apartments are clean and well maintained. Any complaints or work orders submitted are always addressed swiftly and professionally. Overall a great quality place to live; and super affordable.
