This review was intended for Focus Care Allenbrook!Please dont send your loved ones here!! The Administrator Tammy is a bully who berates employees in the presence of families. She is not concerned about patient care. The so-called social worker, Carolyn is only there to protect Tammy and shes not interested in helping patients. Trust me, STAY AWAY! It smells of urine in the hallways.Update: as a result of this review, Carolyn retaliated against us by canceling a scheduled transportation pickup for my loved one. So, she missed her follow-up amputation Dr. Appointment. We received no follow-up apologies or offers to remedy this problem so it wont happen again. These people are not concerned about the patients health.

The treated me like, I was part of a family. They were all So Very Sweet!! Doctors here were very caring & actually paid attention to all I had to say.
