READ THIS BEFORE YOU SEND SOMEONE HERE: please do not send your old family members here. my grandmother didnt receive any of her right medicines and ended up dying there because of it.. in fact she was doing better until we sent her there. also to note she required help getting around, they constantly left her places in her wheel chair confused and upset. when we came to see her on christmas she was missing her glasses and had a black eye. either the staff or another person in there punched her. her glasses were never found and a majority of the things she had were stolen. please reconsider anyone else.

I have been an employee a short time but I really enjoy the staff and residents. The staff coordinator is understanding with personal issues and attendance compliance by allowing late make-up days to erase occurrences. SOme of the staff come on strong but that is because they are protective of the residents, some of which have been with the same staff for 20 + years. I have worked 5 star facilities that were not as clean or as heavily staffed as The Arbors at Marietta; this facility should be at, or near , a 5 star rating. I was warned about The Arbors and told not to work for the facility due to low census and mandation. I have yet to experience either low census or mandation. The Arbors of 2019 is a brilliant place to be employed and Shauna Bigley (the staffing coordinator) will make sure your employment experience is satisfactory. Shauna is personable and makes a point to find new employees to assure their integration into the workplace is a smooth one.

The nurses and other staff are so nice and go far and beyond their duties! They make you feel welcome and at home! I'm glad I chose to come here for my rehabilitation!!!!
