First off management is not professional. They don't fix things around the apartments. No security for the elderly. No type of surveillance. Gates are the sides have no lock not even a knob. Roaches are a problem. They close door the activity rooms way too early. They open them when their ready. Mr. Willis on the east side of the building smokes in his apartment. Poor Ms. Myrtle lives right next door too him. The cigarette smokes affecting her. Bad enough she is already dealing with cancer. That smoke going into her place. Will take her down faster then the cancer. The lady Sandee on the East side keeps drama going. She thinks she owns the place. She think she owns the activity room. She thinks she is running every thing around the place. Now Frances on the West side is constantly gossiping and thinking she is running the bingo and the activity room. Her and Sandee both keep so much nonsense going. They both ran my aunt out of bingo last Thursday. Their attitudes stink. Nobody likes to speak with them. Sandee walks around looking at people really ugly so does the other lady Frances. They both use bad mouths towards the other residents. Something needs to be done about those two ladies. My sister lives here and is very happy here! Ues there is an occasional roach . we call the office and they come and exterminate. No problem.
