My father was placed in this rehab and no wound care was done by the nurses. Except for one particular nurse he did not receive his nebulizer treatment unless she was around. His toe is now infected to the bone and is being treated for it today at the clinic. He may lose his toe or worse. Thanks a lot Legacy for your negligence. He also complained about not getting a good sleep because staff liked to yell back and forth between hallways.

Ok so my brother in law is staying there for rehab reasons so I think whoever wrote that terrible review should be kicked off the app and never be able to write such terrible reviews

I do not recommend putting your loved one in this facility unless you plan on being there 24/7 to ensure they are being taken care of properly. The main reason for this review is to let others know the truth because when they are grooming the family during the interviews they make it sound like everything is great when actually it's a terrible place. Management is horrible and they only care about making money off the Medicaid system. They need to fire one nurse in the Alzheimer lockdown wing for sure maybe two including the head nurse in charge. If this place was a tire shop I wouldn't take my car there!!!
