One star isnt even deserved. We were lucky enough to have someone there with my mom around the clock. I dont even want to know what would have happened if we didnt have that. We witnessed other residents on the floor from falling that didnt get help for long periods of time. Continuous rude comments being made from the very unprofessional, careless staff. I can go on and on. Very frustrating.

If had the option to leave zero stars I would . Totally unprofessional and no care for their residents . The admin Paul is extremely rude and distasteful .No organization , no communication within the facility . Lack of attention to patient care which should be their primary concern . Instead they are too worried about the money .

The entire staff has been wonderful to my mom and myself. They take excellent care of my mom and have gone above and beyond in helping us with this transition. It may not be the fanciest nursing home in town, but they rank at the top with the level of care, kindness, and compassion shown to the residents and their family members.
