I recommend visiting at different times before choosing this for your family. Most of the resident aides are nice and caring, but overworked, underpaid, and seem to be under appreciated. It is what it is, but give the residents the dignity they deserve in this stage of life. Research and work with a licensed social worker to make the best decision for your family.
