I left Cadence due to new director of nursing. I was there as a resident. They were not taking care of my needs. I lost some items and the were never replaced. I was calked a liar . Terrible managemt.

I have been the Executive Director here for over a year now. I absolutley love the Elmcroft culture. It's one of being home the minute you walk in the door. We are constantly striving to improve our culture daily to make it an even better place for our residents. Please come by and experience our culture. You will not be disappointed

It appears to be awesome and all these things promised that they can do however they are not able to. They increase and change monthly charges without prior notification or permission. Personal belongings disappear way too often! The nurses seem to 'forget' basic medical needs EVERYTIME we take my grandmother for the weekend. Check your statements often for discrepancies, there are more than one bill version we have received and neither were the same. No one can do explain Andy put it off on somebody else!
