I was there for rehab, for about 6 weeks. Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy are excellent. My PT and OT were caring and they helped me get much better. The Nurses were good, mostly nice and conscientious. My concern, is that they are understaffed, with not enough CNTs. Hopefully, this has improved. There were often 20-30 min. wait times, after pushing call button, especially at night. Pushing the call button, turns on light above the patient's door. If the CNTs, or Nurse isn't in the hall to see it, this is a problem and can affect patients' safety and well- being. They need to hire more CNTs. I was treated well, by the nurses and most techs. The bad ones didn't stay very long, thank goodness. The facility was always clean, as Ron does an outstanding job and he is a nice person. The food was adequate. The folks in laundry do a great job and made accomodations, for my sensitivies to laundry detergents, which I greatly appreciated. I enjoyed the activities, as they helped to pass the time. The activities directors are great! My suggestion is to hire more CNTs, who are patient and caring and pay them more. The patients' safety and well-being are at stake.

A family member has been a patient of this facility for two weeks after a transfer from a hospital. I am a retired nurse and have high expectations of medical services. Our experience at this facility has been extremely positive. Exceptional service and care has been present from the multiple health professionals. Some to mention are: Social Worker=Extra helpful, always available and goes the extra mile as patient advocate; Dietician=Thorough, informative and interested in helping with dietary requirements; Business Office=Helped in understanding insurance mysteries; Nursing=Compassionate, professional and caring; PT= Worked hard and encouraged to help make the necessary progress; OT=Helped motivate to handle ADL for discharge. This may be long, but we are grateful for this gifted and dedicated group of professionals. Thank you for your hours, patience, knowledge and caring. From, A sister of one of your patients. My accolades.

This is the fourth skilled nursing facility that my mom has attended in the Nashville area and, by far, the best experience we have had so far, and on many levels. First and foremost, the staff, in all departments that we had interaction with, was wonderful; caring, patient and compassionate all with great attitudes and willing to do whatever it takes to facilitate my moms recovery. Nurse Kristy is by far the best nurse we have EVER engaged with at any facility (including all hospitals). Emily and Ryan in the physical therapy department were amazing...super helpful and seasoned pros at their profession(s). The techs are also the best we have ever dealt with; very compassionate and helpful (too many names to list because all were wonderful). I highly recommend this place for your loved ones in need of rehabilitation.

My aunt has been a patient here for the past two weeks. Nursing care has been terrible from nursing to CNTs. Medication is not dispensed on time, for example morning medication not given until after noon. Little to no assistance by aides to the patient, even when asked; the call light goes unanswered, bickering and arguing between staff members, food not delivered timely if at all, the list goes on. The executive director has met with our family on more than one occasion with promises it will not happen again, but sadly it continues. The housekeeping staff does a great job. Poor attention to patient care.
