My mother is staying in memory care at Arbor Terrace. The staff did a fanastic job when she was first admitted; helping me and spending a great deal of time answering my questions; especially Cindy Bayless. My mother is receiving great care; including meals, medical monitoring, daily activities in which she can participate, and a community of residents who keep her company. She is enjoying her stay and getting comfortable. I could not envision a better outcome for her, which is my small way of giving back to her for all she has done for me. Thank you Arbor Terrace!

My mother has been a resident at Arborterrace for 4.5 years now, in memory care. From the top on down, the staff treats your family member as if they are one of their own. I walked in looking for a place for mom and was greeted by friendly faces and the smell of breakfast cooking. The director of the memory care unit, Cindy, has gone way beyond the scope of her responsibilities to take care of mom. I could go on with other names and examples. Definitely the best place for your loved ones to be taken care of.

Arbor Terrace of Knoxville is the very best assisted living and memory care facility in Knoxville! I have visited 10+ places in the area and none of them compare to what this community offers. This community is well established with an amazing staff of people who have been there for years---some even since the doors were opened. The care and genuine concern that the staff has for their residents makes you feel like you are family. Everything has been such a wonderful experience at Arbor--you won't regret moving your loved one here--trust me!
