This place is an absolute disaster. I do not recommend this place to nobody. First off,the equipment they use doesn't work properly. One lift in particular had the sling missing buckles. When you mentioned it to a staff member they either shrug it off or tell you they will take care of it but it never happens. Secondly, there are a few nurse's there with bad attitudes. You ask them to help they will roll their eyes, a call light goes off they will literally stand there when their two feet away and listen to it and not even check which makes it hard on the CNA's who are busy dressing or toileting a resident. One time a resident fell and one nurse without even getting up from the seat said 'oh she will be fine, just get her up and set her back in bed'. I heard that nurse does that all the time and in fact one resident fell the nurse told the CNA's she was fine, next morning found out her hip was broken. Also God forbid a CNA has a family member sick or in the hospital because you try to call in or tell them you will be with your significant other in the hospital and family is more important they will say 'yeah I guess' sorry but family is more important. Also I don't appreciate the fact that when you walk into that facility there are at least 2 or 3 girls working there with hickies on their necks. I really don't think that represents the company real well and it's quite embarrassing when you go to see your loved one and all you see is hickies. Also one hall there had at least 4-5 people maybe even more with scabies. Were not treated for it. They had to sit there and take the pain and itch themselves crazy. Another guy in another hall looked like he had it, told a nurse. The nurse said it was something completely different. That resident went to the dermatologist, guess what?!? SCABIES!!!

One of the best places I have ever worked. I would have no problem bringing a loved one here to live. Kudos to all of the wonderful people who live and work there!!

The CNAs are great they do their job well, management in the other hand could use some more training.
