There are so many words that I can describe Good Sam in Canton, I've worked at a couple of facilities in my area I've even worked at a Good Sam and Sioux falls but the one in Canton made me feel like home it was different I've never felt that way about any facility so many facilities talk about Hope and love and God and Grace they all preached it but never showed it Good Sam. In Canton shows it more than they preach thats different as well I love working there it's an amazing place everybody's so friendly and it definitely shows and feels like great place when you have residents family members always come in there with smiles on their faces and they treat us like were family they bring us goodies all the time and it's just so nice and warm and comforting. Its a small community but it makes a huge difference in people's lives and I'm happy to be apart of their community.

Management is more than poor. Hire in help from other company to replace good hard working local help that care for their residents. They some how have a 5 star facility rating, because they know when state will be in so they can clean up all the problems that linger through the facility between state inspections. Wouldn't trust this place to take care of my dog while I'm on vacation let alone put a love one in their 'care'
