My mother in law has gone many many weeks without showers and family not notified. After meetings about this and 1yr later still not satisfied. They forgot to bring her down for a meal when she had to use a wheelchair after her calling for the staff with her pager multiple times. Emails not responded to.Very limited entertainment and family events pretty bad and stuffed in a small area.Staff trys to assist but clearly poor upper management.Don't recommend unless you can visit often.

This has been the worst experience ever. My parents care has not equaled the money paid. Needed medications were discontinued without me being notified. Backup oxygen supply has been insufficient and staff did not manage even after an family conference to address issues. Response times to call buttons are slow. I was not notified of safety incidents for two weeks. Current director is slow to respond to voice mails and emails and doesn't provide requested information. Lack of concern for residents is prevalent and director often offers 'I am not or I was not aware' when items of care and issues are brought to her attention. Food quality is terrible as well as good choices for elderly people.
