Country Meadows Retirement Communities

I was just made aware of the review concerning the incident describing an account of a man taking a gun on the Country Meadows Trolley Property. I happened to be at that facility on that day. When the incident started, I was inside the facility and I can only applaud the way in which the Country Meadows Trolley Staff secured their building to secure the safety of their residents. While I am not 100% positive of the events outside of the facility, I can understand the need [ urgency] of the staff to protect their residents. We have all heard of incidents involving an 'active' shooter before this event and certainly since. It only stands to reason the steps taken by the Staff and especially anyone willing to step out to address a situation with an unknown person who was openly wearing a sidearm be praised not subjected to ridicule. Thank you to County Meadows Trolley for caring for your Residents, Staff and Visitors at this facility

I have been a resident at Country Meadows for almost a year. When I first arrived at Country Meadows, I participated in their therapy services, which was very good. I enjoy the variety of activities that they offer, including the entertainment and off campus outings. Country Meadows is also pet friendly. I love that my dog can stay with me and if I need help with pet care the staff are always able to help. They have a very nice community, including the rooms and recreational areas. The staff is excellent and they know every resident by name. I would recommend County Meadows to friends and family.

I have been with Country Meadows for over 8 1/2 years and I can't say enough good things about the company and the people who work there. When I came to Country Meadows, I had no experience in the healthcare field nor did I have a degree behind me. Country Meadows taught me everything I needed to know and provided me with opportunities to learn and grow. They truly do acknowledge hard work and reward those that are deserving of it. I've never felt so supported by a company and my coworkers. I consider my team friends and family. On numerous occasions, I've seen the community come together and help coworkers through some of the toughest times in their life and on another note I've seen them celebrate some of the most happy times of their life. They are so understanding and compassionate from the very top to the front-line team. You can't find a better group of people to work with or to care for a loved one. I am grateful for Country Meadows, the opportunities, the relationships, and the welcoming and loving environment.

Ten years ago my great grandparents were residents here. They were very well taken care of. That impression lasted with me. Years later I decided to apply. Currently I am on my second year working for Country Meadows. I love working there, and feel safe and appreciated. Our residents are our number one priority. Very clean environment; almost like working at a resort.

I've been working at Country Meadows for 8+ years and i love everything about working here! It's a good place with great people.
