Unbeknownst to me, back in February this facility had a bed bug infestation. My husband moved back home first of March. I was not told about the infestation so I could have his stuff put in storage until I knew the bugs were gone. We have been fighting bed bugs ever since. He brought them home in his clothes and furniture. We never had any kind of bugs until he came home right after they had an infestation. I am angry that I was not told before he came home. I am angry that we have had exterminators, but continue to see bed bugs. My husband had sores all over him. He later told me they did a heat treatment but it must have been a joke because they still managed to survive and lay eggs and hatch in our home. I have nothing good to say about this facility!

I have worked at ahw for nearly 2 years now. Not only do i love my residents and my job, but i also love that ahw is a family. We look out for each other and lift each other up when any of us is down. I will not be leaving!!! Ahw for life.
