A terrible place to work at. It's a lot of playing around and. The employees do not do their jobs. The leave off from tge jobs. The resident it's not properly being taken care of. They do not take out the time with the residents. The residents rooms are trifling housekeeping here is bad half cleaning. The residents do miss out on meals because. There isn't enough staffing to help out, most of the time. The residents doesn't eat. If anyone got any family members that live here. Please check on them half of the residents does.

I dont know what happened to this company recently but with all the new promotions and recent layoffs and/ quits this company has since gon down the drain. Lets not forget about the recent infestation of bed bugs in their Memory Care unit that they are denying but has had numerous exterminators come out for so they say but still cant seem to resolve the issue. When issues are being reported to management theyre response is that its taken care of or dont even acknowledge that their is even an issue depending on who you address. At times there is 1 RA to 90 residents which I believe is way out of compliance but dont call the manager on duty because shes busy on a date. This is just ridiculous and if it wasnt for the residents I would have quit a long time ago. And as for the prior girls experience Shelby I can contest and approve every single thing shes claiming is correct and all this is just a big cover up from the company. There is a lot more thats going on within this company that Im sure is illegal but Im just one person.
