Do NOT be fooled by the good reviews, which look highly questionable to me. Golden Age Care was cited by the city in 2019 for numerous health code violations. The constant LOUD noises, TERRIBLE smells, ANNOYING vibrations from heavy traffic and elsewhere, and HORRENDOUS overall living conditions make this dirty dump seem more like a third world prison than an old folks' home. I have seen rats, mice, cockroaches, many other insects, and even a snake on the premises. This facility is worse than any third world prison. I would not send my worst enemy here much less someone about whom I care.You have been warned.

It is extremely obvious that the good reviews were posted by the owner because they make the same fake points. And Daniel, you might want to rethink your misuse of the word 'slander' (in more ways than one) when referencing the truthful bad reviews. This garbage dump has a nasty, inept staff; is vastly overpriced, under-equipped, and dirty; and has a dangerous driveway (they even had to install a traffic light on it). It is located on a very loud, busy road. The quality of the neighborhood has gone down the toilet; it used to be firmly middle class, but now has Section 8 with the resulting lowlifes. Golden Age Care is the worst of the worst. Even if it were nice, it is not worth risking getting into a traffic accident every time you enter or leave. Unless you like abuse, do not enter.

Excellent care, attentive, and loving. To previous posters attempting to slander this wonderful facility prices are set by the state so the owners have nothing to do with the pricing. Next time try leaving some actual feedback instead of a slew of negativity. Wonderful atmosphere, great staff, wouldnt send my loved ones anywhere else!

It's rare to see such a pleasant staff that you see here at Golden Age Care.. the staff is so warm and welcoming and you can feel the care and love that they give to your loved ones. They have various options of entertainment: concerts, brain games, a library, watching tv, billiards, the list can go on forever! The staff and entertainment are not the only things that make Golden Age so great, the food is unbelievable. The chef has years of experience and clients are very pleased with the food! On top of all that, the owners are some of the most pleasant people I have ever worked with. So understanding, caring, loving, nice, and people that I am happy to send my loved ones to be trusted with. Golden Age Care is an incredible business. I have worked with and I have tried sending my loved ones to other adult day care centers.. they truly do not come close.
