Staff doesn't care whether the call buttons work or not. Told me to'try unplugging it and plugging it back in'...You'll be burying your loved ones before the doctors show up when they're supposed to... Staff doesn't acknowledge patients. They're there for a paycheck... And could care less about your loved ones. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

My Father stayed here after his triple bypass, it seemed very clean and for the most part, the workers were very nice Except for a gentleman named Paul D, my Father told me he was nice face to face until we left When I spoke to him, i questioned if he was high?

There was a young nurse on the 3rd floor who was obnoxious and abhorrent yet there she is functioning as a nurse. She told me to take my husband out of the unit and drive him myself to the ER when he needed emergency care There are good nurses. There are good Physical Therapists but the fact that this nurse is there shows that they do not care. The medical care by the doctors is careless. All in all a bad experience

A big fuss about my father's rehab, but it always boiled down to planning, meetings, strategies, after 4 days I still have to see dad actually STARTING real physical therapy. They fraudulently had my sign that I would have paid $164 a day, when my due is $150 according to dad's insurance. They told me the insurance would have kicked dad out if he would not improve. How can dad improve if he doesn't exercise?? Beautiful facade, just smoke in your eyes.

'Physical therapy' is less than desirable. My mom had surgery and was there for 21 days. After 21 days she was said to have made 'no improvements' so she was sent home not walking. Lo and behold 2 weeks of being home and working on it everyday she started walking again. If you choose to take your loved one here it is ok. But you have to be in top of them all the time. Be prepared to wait and wait and wait for assistance. My mom waited a good 20 mins to be toileted. And forget about going out for a Drs appointment. Waiting and waiting she was gone for a good 6 + hours that day in the same diaper.
