Friendly management. They do everything to give the resident the food that they want. Place has a good atmosphere. The activity coordinator is awesome and super friendly. She does everything she can to make it a fun experience for the the residents. Keep up the great work Sammy

Firing people for not meeting sales goals. Requiring receptists to do sales. Failing checks/tests. Stolen meds (oxy).Age discrimination, they love to threaten you if you are over 50.Residents (I know of some personally) said things were stolen, how they are treated. How management is rude, offensive, billugerent and only worried about profit. But my biggest issue is how they can take an employee of 13+ years and fire them for not performing sales as a receptionist who was NEVER hired as a salesperson and then make false writeup. Expect a call from her lawyer soon.

My mom is in memory care there and they take very good care of her. She's always clean and well dressed and they have plenty of activities to keep her occupied. Dementia is hard for every family but they are very good at handling her. Yes, it's expensive but no more so than other facilities we visited. And the staff and facilities seemed so much nicer here.
