I would actually give it 0 stars..horrible horrible place....

I have never had a personal experience here but I keep hearing from the Healthcare Community that this is really a great place.

Residents are fine staff is horrible gmom hates being there, will probably look into a new place. Looking into legalities as there is much more to report.

This place is horrible I dont know how they get 5 stars there are very few good qualified employees there, be there as much as you can with your loved one because when youre not there they get treated horribly! Carol the nurse is uncaring mean and even mean to the family members she should not be working in this field she has no compassion no caring and no sympathy I just hope one day when she needs help she is treated the same way that she treats these patients. Also my mother was given medication that she wasnt supposed to be getting in the morning only at night so big time med error. No matter how many complaints we make things and only improve for a day and then go right back to normal which is bad.///// Update //// the unit manager came in to talk to us and she was so awesome and helpful unfortunately things only improve for a short time and back to no one answering the call bell!!!! Which is one of our biggest concerns. I know they get busy but waiting for more than 5 minutes when youre a fall risk is seriously not acceptable. I really hope they get it fixed soon because someone is going to get hurt trying to help themselves when nobody comes when needed
