Horrible management. Bad place to work. I feel the residents deserve better

It was such an easy job with amazing residents but bad management. Shannon is always on vacation every week residents complained about how she never cares, when they go to her with their problems which is the same thing when it comes to the workers. Well was told by Terry that she is, always in Seattle to see her new boyfriend that's why she's never in the office. Theresa on the other hand will be sweet to face but will you bite you behind your back. My first day of interview she was already gossiping about the shift and some other workers how unprofessional is that. I'm glad I quit working here. This is the first assisted living place I've worked that I ever write a, review. My experience here bad.

Was a nice quiet place to work, but I think the corporation needs to step in and really look at what is going on in this place.
