I have been working in the nursing field for 20+ years and have always worked in facilities. I am so happy to finally be working for a company that truly makes you feel like part of a family. I love the one on one interaction with my clients and it is so less stressful but still so satisfying and rewarding to be able to work with the elderly in their homes and on their terms. The office staff and owners are always there and ready to help and listen if needed. They work with your schedule and keep you as local to your area as they can. Can not say anything bad about working here, I love the elderly and love my job.

After working the past 12 years in stressful environments under heavy caregiver loads working at Central Penn has been a welcome change. Working one on one with clients has been refreshing and rewarding. I appreciate that Central Penn is a serious company with high standards that genuinely considers the needs and wishes of both their clients and employees. They regard and treat their employees as their greatest asset. The nursing supervisors, schedulers, HR and office staff are very professional, positive and supportive. The flexible scheduling gives caregivers the opportunity to choose what schedule works best for them. Having the privilege to care for people with such a strong support system makes me feel like I may have landed my 'dream job' at last. I'm very pleased to be part of the Central Penn team. I'm not surprised that many caregivers have stayed with Central Penn for many years.
