Dementia is a challenging disease, they deal with my husband in a very understanding and supportive way!

Helping the mentally challenged people in the area. I think they would do a better job w/ a more competent person in charge, but maybe that is due to funding restrictions.

Magnolias of Lancaster is a well-kept and organized facility that make sure that the patients are felt like they were at home. The staff take their jobs to heart to make sure all the patients are being well cared for with a loving professional manner. The staff are well trained to handled any situation. As the staff are doing amazing job with the patients, the facility itself is well kept and clean at all times. They add touches around the facility as the season change along with the holidays. I could not be any happier with Magnolias as they have become family to my loved one and myself.

We needed to transition my grandmother urgently after her condition was too much for another personal care center to handle. Julie and the team were eager to help and gave us advice the entire way through, especially during times that we were overwhelmed. Such a supportive and caring community. We took a few days to deliver and set the room up and each time we met a different care giver it made us feel even more comfortable knowing that they would be able to handle the complex issues that accompany the dementia diagnosis. So grateful to have found this living situation for my family.
